Yoga
Yoga ist ein integraler Übungsweg. Er spricht den Menschen ganzheitlich an, bezieht Körper und Geist gleichermaßen mit ein. Meine Einheiten bestehen aus Körperübungen (Asanas), Atemübungen (Pranayama) und Tiefenentspannung (Shavasana/Yoga Nidra) aus dem Hatha Yoga. Die Übungen sind bewusst einfach gehalten, die Klassen für alle zugänglich.
